Founded in 2015 in Pompignac (33), A2F is a telecommunications company operating in France and soon expanding internationally. With 40 employees and 10 partners, A2F has grown rapidly by securing major contracts, innovating in project management (Excel dashboards, QGIS mapping tools), and gradually expanding its geographic reach. Today, the company supports its clients in complex projects, relying on an optimized management system.

Our Team at Headquarters

Our office is divided into four main departments. Each department brings its own expertise, enabling us to deliver high-quality telecommunications services, from design to execution, while adhering to the strictest standards.

The Teams

Technical Teams

Installation Teams:
We have 4 internal teams, each consisting of 3 to 4 technicians, responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure. Their expertise ensures the rapid and reliable deployment of solutions for our clients.

 

Technical Partners:
To meet increased demand, we collaborate with 2 partners, providing an additional 4 teams. This partnership strengthens our field capabilities and ensures high responsiveness to complex requests.

 

Backbone Connection Teams:
Long-distance network connections (backbone) are handled by 2 specialized companies focusing on PMD (Polarization Mode Dispersion) and CD (Chromatic Dispersion) measurements, ensuring stable and optimized fiber optic connections across all routes.

 

Energy Management:
For electrical installations, we partner with a specialized company that implements the necessary power supplies for our infrastructure while ensuring the safety and reliability of the systems.

 

Civil Engineering (CE) Teams:
Site preparation and telecom infrastructure deployment are carried out in collaboration with 2 civil engineering companies. These partners specialize in both traditional CE for sensitive areas and mechanized CE for larger-scale projects requiring heavy interventions.
